The Living Lab

We do not sell theoretical AI. We build systems that run a real business every day.

Why we show our own work

Most corporate agencies show you polished, static case studies of projects completed years ago. They hide their mistakes, obscure their tech stacks, and deliver generic marketing fluff.

We operate differently. We show you what we actually run. Different industries to insurance, deliberately. What that proves is not sector knowledge, it is that we ship working systems and keep them running.

The first is Hockey’s Farm Shop: a real, seven-day-a-week New Forest business (butchery, deli, cafe, retail), established 1973 and 2025 New Forest Business of the Year. Its operations run on software we built and still maintain.

What runs there is not a marketing chatbot. It is a full operations platform we built and now run for the shop: an own-branded customer app with QR loyalty and cafe bookings, a staff app for training, rota and clock-in/out, a manager back-office console, and till-to-Xero automation, all on one secure backend. We do not hide it behind a password.

The second is Chip & Sip: a live pooled-stakes engine built for a 20-player tournament, where prices move with the money and every position has to settle correctly. Smaller and faster than the farm shop, and closer to the mechanics of insurance.
