Two weeks, fixed price. Week 1: we map one workflow end to end and measure the hours and the errors. Week 2: we build and hand over a working automation, plus a costed plan of what to automate next. You keep both and you can stop there.
When the plan is worth acting on, we build the rest of it. Each item is priced from what the sprint measured, so you decide on real numbers rather than a sales proposal.

Your records are stored in London, on Supabase and Vercel, and each client’s data is kept separate. We do not put your records into AI tools when we build or support your system.
