The problem. Garden and landscaping firms often enter the same job several times over: in a costing sheet, a customer quote, a materials list and a diary.
What we’re building. One system that turns a costed job into the customer’s quote, the team’s job sheet and the materials order, then follows it through to completion and payment.
What it changes. Each job is entered once, the whole team works from the same information and every job shows what it made. Most trades businesses lose time between the quote and the invoice, so the same approach works well beyond gardening.
