Alongside client work we build our own products. Each one starts from a problem we have already solved for a working business and each is built to the standard we use for clients: tested, secure and looked after once it is live.

Heathmark: complaints logged once, returns ready on time. Two more on the way

RotaCheck. An Android and web app that checks a small business’s rota against UK working-time and minimum wage law before it is published, then tells the manager exactly what to fix. It grew out of the weekly rota check we run at Hockey’s Farm Shop.

FrontDesk. An online assistant for cafés, farm shops and other local hospitality businesses. It answers customers’ questions from the business’s own information at any hour, takes booking requests and messages for the team to confirm and passes complaints, allergies, large groups and anything else tricky straight to a person. Hockey’s Farm Shop will be the first business to use it.
