TeamTold

Your team knows what to do. Emergency procedures, staff alerts and drill records for small UK venues, set up in about an hour.

What it does

Write your procedures. Answer simple questions about your venue and TeamTold writes your evacuation, invacuation, lockdown and communication procedures in plain English.

Put them on every phone. Invite staff by link or QR code. Their cards open even with no signal.

Alert your team. Owners and managers press and hold to alert everyone on shift. Staff tap to say they are safe and a status board shows who has answered.

Keep the records. Log briefings and drills, see who has read the latest cards and download a records pack whenever you need it.

Who it is for

Venues where 200 to 799 people may be present. That is the standard tier of the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025, known as Martyn’s Law: pubs, cafés, shops, village halls, places of worship and small event spaces.

Where it’s up to

TeamTold runs on Android, with a web version for staff on iPhone. It is in a pilot with a small number of venues ahead of the standard tier duties, which are expected to apply from 2027.
